From Saturday 4th July, the Government will change the social distancing rules from 2m to 1m. With that in mind, it means that Thurlaston Airgun and Archery Centre will be able to make some changes, increasing the activities available for our visitors. Please read the points below:

1.The range shelters on the field range will now be able to be used, so firing points can be under cover. This is a positive for everyone. we are however making it compulsory to wear a face covering whilst shooting from inside the range container and from under the range tent.

2. We will once again be able to conduct Lessons, Taster Sessions, Introductions and other guided group sessions, however we will be limiting the group sizes to five or less. Anyone coming for any of these activities will be required to wear a face covering and gloves. Gloves will be provided if necessary but we ask all visitors to bring their own face covering.

3. We can rent equipment but please let us know in advance so the correct hygiene processes can be put in place.

4. The Café will once again serve food, but only on a take out basis.

There are still rules in place which we need you to follow in order that we can all stay safe:

1. Do not share equipment.

2. Only one customer is allowed in the café or shop at any time.

3. Don’t book in yourself, a member of staff will take your details on arrival.

4. Please use contactless payments where possible, if you must use cash then please try and have the correct change available.

5. Hand sanitizer stations will be placed around the range facilities, please use these regularly.

All Government advice, rules and regulations take precedence over any of the above.

Please follow the guidelines and be COVID19 aware while on site, there is no reason why we can’t still have a lot of fun and get back to enjoying our sport whilst staying safe
